Our values
Feline and biochemical imagery form part of our national identity. We value personal self-identification and shared participation. Transgender, non-binary and other LGBTQIA+ communities are part of this shared space. Participants may use their chosen names; personal information should not be a barrier to public exchange.
Taking part
Our website provides citizenship, permanent residence, civil registration and community services. Approval of a citizenship application must be followed by an oath before formal citizenship is granted. Permanent residence is separate from citizenship and does not confer citizen rights or eligibility for an FRN passport.
Our citizenship and documents serve micronational identity and commemorative purposes. FRN does not claim territorial sovereignty. Its documents cannot be used as real-world identification or travel documents.
